Olayemi Olajide Osiyemi, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Osiyemi is a board-certified Infectious Disease Specialist based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Osiyemi is the medical director for Fantastic Wound Care; and he has years of experience in wound care management. He is the President and CEO of both Triple O Medical Services and Triple O Research Institute. He is also the past President of T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society in Palm Beach County, Florida. He is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Osiyemi completed his residency and fellowship training in internal medicine and infectious disease respectively at the Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Osiyemi is heavily involved in clinical trials and has been published in several peer reviewed journals. He is also an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Medicine and Kansas City University. He precepts medical, nurse practitioner, pharmacy & physician assistant students and medical residents. Dr. Osiyemi is also the Chief of Infectious Disease at Good Samaritan Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center. He also serves on the governing board of St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was voted Best Infectious Disease Doctor in Palm Beach County in 2018, 2019 and 2020 in the Palm Beach Illustrated Magazine.
Dr. Osiyemi serves on the advisory board for Gilead, ViiV, Merck and Janseen. He is also a speaker for Gilead and ViiV. He is a United States Army veteran and an Entrepreneur. He loves soccer, jiu jitsu, music and travel. He is married to Cielo and the father of 2 wonderful children.

Mario D. Dickerson
Director of Operations
Mario D. Dickerson is a businessman, entrepreneur, Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in West Palm Beach, FL. Mario is the owner of M.D. Home Health, LLC, a home health care agency, serving clients in Palm Beach County, FL since 2005. Founded by critical care and cardiac nurses, M.D. Home Health, LLC takes pride in providing clients and their families with a peace of mind when it comes to quality care and support. In 1996, Mario graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Cardiopulmonary Sciences).
He currently maintains a professional license for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Registered Nursing (RN). Mario’s extensive professional medical career includes: Respiratory Therapy Supervisor of Physiodiagnostics, Staff Registered Respiratory Therapist MICU / SICU/ NICU, Trauma ICU, Staff/Charge Registered Nurse MICU/SICU, Pharmaceutical Research Coordinator, Home Health Administrator and Entrepreneur.
Mario maintains professional membership / affiliations on multiple boards and organizations, including: TLJ Medical Society, Black Nurses of Palm Beach County, Department of Elder Affairs – Older Americans Act Grant Recipient, and the Health Council of Southeast Florida. Mario and his wife (co-owner), are recognized Community Advocates, investing in the ongoing educational and leadership development of new and veteran medical staff. On the home front, Mario is married to Marian Dickerson and is the father of two children.

Tessie Watts
Administrator
Tessie Watts is a native Floridian; and a graduate of Bethune Cookman University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice; and Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Collectively, she has over 25 years of professional experience in corporate and business compliance; as well as quality improvement, contract management, and leadership and business development experience within multiple areas, to include State Government, Education, Volunteer Management, Retail Management, Criminal Justice, Substance Abuse, Nonprofit Management, and Corrections. Tessie also has a wealth of Administrative experience helping start-up companies to build an efficient and effective infrastructure to ensure all systems are in alignment for both clients and employees.
Tessie is actively involved on several community and educational boards, including the Advisory Board for Keiser University, Inspire Youths, Inc., and the Healthier Neighbors Steering Committee.
